Part 1: Halloween Rated PG

Happy Halloween guys~ I hope you guys went trick or treating and loaded up on candy that will last you guys for a few months at a time.

The only Halloween parties that I've been attending for the past few years involved drinks, drinking, socializing, and more most likely drinking still you get shitfaced. In this case though it was bobbing for apples, carving pumpkins, eating crafted Halloween foods, and absolutely no alcohol. And you guys know what!! It was the best party evaa evaaa~

Cut + Color + Review: Awapuhi Moisture Mist

Hellooooo there!

I just got my hair did! just in time for for fall. I've decided to go darker this fall, like a cherry/ maroon red to be exact. I've been dying my hair since I was 14 - 15? Yikess, and I'm pretty sure all of you guys are wondering how F**ked up my hair is by now, let me just say it's not that bad surprisingly.

So my plan was to head to LA to get it done, but my hair stylist just happened to be down in the OC area visiting his sister, so Alice and I decided to swing by there instead. He was on a time crunch so bleached our roots and I went home and did the color. I think it turned out pretty well considering its my first time doing it without him being there hahaha

Have you guys heard of Paul Mitchell's Moisturizing collection? It's also blue! Anyways the product is amazing it makes my hair so soft and it gives my hair the moisture it craves. But I want to talk about the moisturizing spray!

It is the most magical hair thing ever!!!! It makes my hair so soft and it literally gives a punch of hydration to my hair. I use it on my damp hair right when I get out of the shower. I especially love it after I dye my hair because it gives me this incredible shine and it leaves my hair feeling so healthy.

Have a good day guys!!!

They sell DVDs!!!!(bootlegged of course) They sell contacts!!!! Yes! I said it, they sell color contacts! & They sell MAC make-up! (I'm not sure if they are real but they sure are alot cheaper than the ones at the store.)

I think the best part of the whole trip was the bacon covered hotdogit was so good!!!!!!! If you guys haven't tried it, go out and find one!!!! Everytime I go to LA I just have to find one because if I leave without on then I feel like my trip wasn't complete hahha

There was this man yelling out bubbles!!!!! bubbless!!!!!

All of these accessories were only 99 cents!!!

They take a whole potato and put it through the spinner thing and fried it. So good

After visiting Santee Ally, Quyen swept me away to Fall Formal!!!! Hosted by the dreamy man Joseph Gordon-Levitt at the Orpheum!! He started HitRECord and it's basically a collaboration of numerous artists that come together to display their creation. It was amazing! There were so many different artist! AND!!!!! There was many surprised guests including Anne Hathaway, Neil Patrick Harris, and Gary Oldman.

Thank you vintageeQ ("who is my friend who use to hate me" - came from her own mouth) for inviting me to the show  I LUBS HERS

Neil Patrick Harris & Joseph Gordan-Levitt

I was beyond hyped to see them and everyone was all fancied out looking gorgeous that I felt under dress it was seriously really fun! They only have it once a year every October I believe, I will definately be there next year as well!

Review: Sigma Brushes + Rilakkuma Obsession

Helloooooo!!!

Remember in a few posts back I said I would do a little review on a brush set I've received from Alice

These brushes are called Sigma. I don't like to spend a great deal of money on brushes to begin with. There are only a few that I use ritually: eye-shadow brush, blend brush, angle brush, and some sort of thick tapered brush (I use for my eyebrows).
The brushes that I've been using for the past couple years (eye-shadow & blending brushes) have been from E.L.F. I love their brushes because it's cheap, the bristles are soft, and surprisingly durable if you take really good care of them. Also, replacing them doesn't take a bite out of your wallet. The eyeliner, my eyebrow, and blush brushes (my favorite!) that I also use are from Ecotools.

I've tried the Eyes Kit brushes from Sigma at Alice's house and I fell in love with them especially the angle brush. I want to break down each brush that comes in the kit.

All of these came in the Eyes Kit (except the one with the silver handle)

Medium Angled Shading - E70 - Angled, tapered, flat top. Ideal to apply highlight shades underneath the eyebrow and on the inner corners. It can also be used for a precise application of darker shades on the crease area. Natural bristles.

Opinion: I really like this brush, its super easy to apply on dark eye-shadow, highlighting, and contouring.

Tapered Blending - E40 - Rounded and tapered top. Specially designed to apply and blend color on the crease. Natural bristles.

Opinion: This brush does what it pretty much describe, it blends! I prefer e.l.f's blending brush just because it does the same thing for a small fraction of the price.

Blending - E25 - Oval-shaped brush with gently chiseled sides. Blends and softens the look of powder or cream shadows. Ideal to apply eye shadow primer, base eye shadow colors, and blend harsh lines.

Opinion: This blending brush is different from the one above, this is like a super blender! I love this, if i mess up on my eye-shadow and I'm too lazy to take it all off, this will come to my rescue! This brush is sold seprately.

Small Angle - E65 - Essential for the application of gel or cream eyeliner on the upper and lower lash line. This brush is also excellent for filling out the eyebrows. Synthetic bristles.

Opinion: MY UTMOST FAVORITE! perfect for my cream eyeliner, the eyeliner goes on beautiful just like how I would want it too. This beats all the angle brushes I've tried including Ecotools!

Eye Shading - E55 - Soft and dense with a rounded finish. Can be used to apply pressed or loose eye shadows and pigments. Ideal to build intense color on the eyelid. Natural bristles.

Opinion: I really love this brush too, the color goes on well and it's very easy to maneuver around. Compare with my e.l.f's eye-shadow brush, both works very well it all depends if how much you want to spend.

Pencil - E30 - Precise application of color on the crease, outer corner, and upper and lower lash line. Also ideal to smudge out pencil liner. Natural bristles.

Opinion: This brush is great for smudging eye-shadow on the outer corner or your eyes and on your bottom lash line. It's right on point on where I want it.

Large Shader - E60 - Flat shape is ideal for application of cream formulas and eye shadow primers. It also works great with loose eye shadows or pigments. Can be used to apply color all over the lid or precisely on the lash line. Natural bristles.

Opinion: I don't really use this brush too often just because the brushes above does everything I need. This brush could get a little messy with the shadow just because the bristles is a little larger.

Eyeliner - E05 - An extra-fine tipped synthetic fiber brush that delivers a precise, firm, even stroke to line the eyes.

Opinion: Last but certainly not least, the eyeliner brush, it's very firm and the lines come out perfectly. It's a little hard to work with because I don't use it that often but it's just cause I prefer the angle brush over this one.

Over all this kit is simply splendid! I love the handle because it's big enough for you to get a good grip. The bristles are soft and it's very easy to work with. The quality is quite good for a decently priced brush. If you buy the brushes in the kit it's cheaper than buying it each separately. I would highly recommend these brushes over the super expensive one because generally it pretty much does the same thing and eventually your going to have to replace it. Stick with a decent price high quality brush vs. expensive brand name brushes.

On the side not.....DAMN YOU RILAKKUMA!!!! WHY ARE YOU SO CUTE! YOU MAKE ME LOVE YOU!!!!! and the stuff gets pretty pricey too but it's too late to turn back now! It even goes along with my name too! Daisy Bearrrrrr

Persuading thoughts "Oh I need this for my keys plus it's cute!"

Persuading thoughts "Oh I need writing tools for class, I can't come to class without proper writing equipment." (When I already have a pouch filled with pens and pencils)

Persuading thoughts "This is so cute......I need it to put my camera in....yes...now I can carry it around in something cute..."

Seriously FML! I hate it when you convince yourself into buying something.
