Hello Long Days and Warm Nights + Mini Giveaway Preview

Hey everyone!  Happy Summer to everyone who's finishing up the semester and to those who are already done!!  I just want to say that I am beyond stoke for those carefree days and fun-filled nights. My friend and I decided to kick off the season with a little shoot at this place called Bunny Hill. Unfortunately, during our stay we've never came across our woodland friends. That's alright though, we went for a stroll and frolic in the glory of the sun.

Since it's summer there's no excuse for not posting, so as a promise to myself I will try to post as frequently as possible. I have a shit ton of things I want to share including makeup, tutorials, videos, and events!!!!! Actually a lot of upcoming events including e3 (which I am beyond excited about), EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival), ETC...

After all the madness in this country, I will be jetting off to Vietnam for 6 weeks!!! And I hope to post frequently while I'm over there to share the amazing culture and all sorts of good finding.

In my next post I will be doing what-I-call "The Reader's Giveaway"! This is how it works, I will be doing a review on the product, then at the end I will include the information on how to enter. Sounds typical right? But here's the difference!!! You guys pick what you want me to review/giveaway!! Here are your choices!

1.

2.

3.

You guys can pick the brand and I will pick the product, just comment below!

Review: Nailtiques Formula 2

Hey there beautiessss~~

So I'm pretty sure that alot of us have seen some sort of nails tutorials once or twice in our life time and in almost all of the posts/ videos they all start out the same; with healthy beautiful nails. How I am envious of their nails! They are naturally long, perfectly filed, well maintained cuticles, and and lastly still maintains a healthy glow even if they've been covered by nail polish for months on end.

With my nails ever since I was a kid, have always been a challenge to maintain if I've ever attempted to grow them out. Once they've reached a certain point they would either break or chip, but the worse chip isn't at the tips; it would be where the skin is...I'm not sure how to explain, hopefully some of you guys know what I'm talking about.

My nails have always thin, brittle, break easily, and would get discolored when I constantly paint my nails. After consoling, (more like crying,) with my mom about the misfortune of the protein growing on the tips of my fingers, she went out and bought me this.

This is a special protein formula for you nails. Proven to strengthen and improve your nails from the conditions listed below in the details.

This little tiny bottle will run you about $10 - 15 a pop. I suggest you guys purchase the .5 fl, oz. for around $20. I should have gotten the bigger bottle, but I wanted to try it out first. Now I know for next time.

These are my nails before applying the Nailtiques, you guys can see a little bit of the discoloration due to nail polish, even after putting on a base coat.

The instructions said to apply 1 coat daily and once you've notice an improvement then you would start applying it once every other day. Instead of 1 coat daily, I would just apply on 2 coats every other day.

So far I've been using Nailtiques for a few weeks now and already I've noticed that my nails feel stronger, looks healthier, and they don't seem to be breaking as often. It's a little to early to tell, usually it would take anywhere between 2 months or so to actually compare the differences from before and after.

I will update more in future posts, as for now I'm loving this product and I plan on using it for awhile.

Thanks for reading~

Review: Geo Mimi Café Waffle Grey Circle Lens

Hello beautifulesss. Here's the break down on these waffle lens........ Utter DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

So I ordered from Pinky Paradise, and the lens that they sent me we're defected, every time I place it in my eye it would move when I blink and all I see is color -__-... So I emailed them about the my problem and the amazing service they hold for stands. They had me fill out a form and in a matter of a couple days my replacement was shipped out. This place has never failed me unlike some other companies, which I'm not going to name at the moment.

I ordered the lens and masks

Here's the breakdown folks:
COMFORT: It's pretty comfortable, but on occasion it gets dry
BRIGHTNESS: It's not very bright at all, from far away you can hardly tell what color the lens is
DESIGN: I like the design, it looks like a flower is blooming in your eyes
OVERALL: The lens gets a 3/5 from me

I expected this Mimi Café collection to be similar to the Princess Mimi collection, but if you want a more subtle and natural look go I would recommend this type. See you guys next time~~~
